Over a 2 year period, Mark Hodges worked with two Founders of a family-run consultancy (TPI) and helped it grow from $20M to $58M in revenue.  During this period, Mark led the company’s original readiness in 2002 for a future private placement process, while also helping launch new lines of business such as its BPO Advisory practice.
